MEAL PLANS
Our delicious hot buffet breakfast is automatically included in all the cabana rates. You can add a dinner plan or All Inclusive plan in advance. Meal plans can be added to any of our specials, too.
Dinner Plan
Add on a daily three-course dinner (excluding beverages). A 15% gratuity will be added for your convenience.

All Inclusive Plan
Enjoy daily breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner at any of our restaurants, a la Cart service and all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding bottles of wine and champagne). The All Inclusive meal plan requires a 3 night minimum. A 15% gratuity will be added for your convenience.

APRIL 2009 TEMPERATURE GUARANTEE
April is a beautiful month in Bermuda with daytime temperatures ranging between 63F and 75F and sea temperatures of 68F.
Our Guarantee: Should the Air Temperature High not reach 68F* for any day during your April stay at 9 Beaches you will receive a $68 refund on your bill at check-out for each of those days. (*as noted in the Bermuda Gazette the following day)
GRATUITIES
A 15% gratuities charge will be added to all your charges at the Resort, which is then shared among the 9 Beaches staff members, extra tipping is at the complete discretion of the guest if exemplary service is provided.
LOCAL TAXES
The Government of Bermuda has an Occupancy Tax of 7.25% of the cabana (room) rate. There is no tax on food & beverage and/or water sports.
CABANA MINIMUM STAYS
A 3 night minimum stay is required over USA and Bermuda public holidays and if you choose the All Inclusive meal plan.
DEPOSITS
A two night deposit per cabana is required to confirm a reservation. The two-night deposit is applied to the first and last nights of the booking. For groups and wedding parties, a larger deposit (per cabana) may be required; please call or email for details.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us deeply. We therefore must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Deposit will be forfeited for "no shows" and/or cancellations received within 21 days of arrival.
In the case of an early check-out or late arrival date, the two-night deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the Resort is able to re-sell the cabana for the full period of the original booking, then there will be no cancellation fee assessed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We do recommend that guests secure trip insurance so an unforeseen cancellation or trip interruption and the subsequent possibility of a cancellation fee is covered by the travel insurance.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, plus cash, naturally, as well as traveler's cheques. As a reminder, the Bermuda Dollar trades at par with the US Dollar--in other words, one Bermuda $ = $1 USD. So, there is no currency exchange risk between the Bermuda Dollar and the US Dollar.
